Can you please tell me the total number of applicants appeared in SRM Engineering Entrance Examination SRMEEE exam?

The SRM University conducted SRM Engineering Entrance Examination SRMJEEE exam 2016 to select candidates for admission in UG engineering courses.

Aprrox 1.75 lakh students appeared in SRMJEEE exam 2016 for the admittance of approximately 7,000 undergraduate Engineering seats.

The exam was held in 200 centers, spread across 150 cities, from 19 to 25 April 2016.

SRMJEEE 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Class XII or equivalent exam as recognized by the state or central education board with minimum 70% aggregate.

Candidate must have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as subjects in QE.

SRMJEEE 2016 Exam Pattern

Duration of the exam – 2:30 hours

Type of questions – multiple choice questions, objective.

+3 marks, -1 mark for Every correct and wrong answer respectively.

Number of sections in the exam – 4

The number of questions – 140 (Physics – 35, Math – 35, Chemistry – 35, Biology – 35 questions).

Total marks in the exam – 315 (105×3).
