In SSC CAPF exam all candidates applying for the recruitment and prima-facie eligible will be called to appear in Physical Standards Test and Physical Efficiency Test at places finalized by the Commission in consultation with the CPOs.

Detailed scrutiny of their eligibility will not be undertaken by the Commission before PET/ PST.

The SSC CAPF online application was started in 9th Jan 2016. The qualified candidates in Paper-I (Phase-1) are called for the Physical Endurance Test (PET).

Male:

100 Meters race in 16 second
1.6 kms race in 6.5 Minutes
Long Jump: 3.65 Meters in 3 Chances
High Jump: 1.2 Meters in 3 chances
Shot Put: 16 Lbs: 4.5 Meters in 3 chances

Female:

100 Meters race in 18 second
800 Meters race in 4 Minutes
Long Jump: 2.7 Metres (9 Feet) in 3 chances
High Jump: 0.9 metres (3 Feet) in 3 chances
Weight: It should be according to Height as per medical standard

Eye Sight: 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes without correction.

Selection Process:

Selection of the candidates for the post of will be done on the basis of Written Test of 200 Marks for Paper-I and 200 Marks for Paper-II, PST/PET, Medical Test and Interview.
