SSC Combined Graduate Level CGL is conducted by Staff Selection Committee (SSC) for selecting candidates for various posts in Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations.

SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2017 will conduct from 19th June to 2nd, July 2017

The application form of exam will be available from 11th March, 2017 onward.

SSC CGL 2017 Dates-

Application process will begin from 11th March, 2017

Admit card availability for SSC CGL Tier-1 exam May, 2017
SSC CGL Tier -1 Examination Date 19th June to 2nd, July 2017
SSC CGL Tier – 1 result will be announced on August, 2017
SSC CGL Tier – 2 admit card availability August, 2017
SSC CGL Tier – 2 examination date 5th to 8th September, 2017
SSC CGL Tier – 2 result will be announced on October, 2017
SSC CGL Tier – 3 examination date 12th November, 2017

SSC CGL 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Graduation/Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college/university/institute.

Candidates’ DOB as mentioned in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate is only valid.

Age relaxation would be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved category.

SSC CGL Exam pattern-

The exam is organizing in three tiers i.e. tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 respectively.

Tier I is a written exam containing only objective multiple choice type questions.

The Tier II is also a written exam containing only objective multiple choice type questions.

Tier III is Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever required). Document Verification is also a part of this stage of examination.

The Staff Selection has reduced the number of questions from 200 to 100 in CGL Tier 1 exam. The test is conducting in online mode and candidates would get 75 minutes of time.
