Online application start- 04-09-2015 (5:00 pm) for Part-I registration

For Part-II registration upto 07-09-2015 (5.00 p.m.).

SSC Stenographer 2015 exam date:- 31-01-2016 (Sunday)

Eligibility for SSC Stenographer

Nationality:-

A person must be either:

(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or

Age:- 18 to 27 years of age.

Relaxation in upper age limit:-

SC/ST - 5 years
OBC - 3 years
PH - 10 years

Educational Qualification:- 12th standard pass or equivalent from a recognized board of university.

SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern:-

SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern shall consists of

a) Written Examination

b) Skill Test

Paper Pattern for SSC Stenographer written exam:

Subject - Maximum Marks:-

•Part I - General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 questions) - 50 marks

•Part II - General Awareness (50 questions) - 50 marks

•Part III - English Language and Comprehension (100 questions) - 100 marks

Duration:- 2 Hours

There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
