Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts an open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Tax Assistant (a Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Ministerial post) for filling up vacancies in various Commission rates of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and Central Board of Excise & Customs (CBEC).

Age Limit:
20-27 years

Educational qualification:

Candidates must have passed Graduation Degree in any Discipline from any Recognized University.

Should possess Data Entry Speed of 8,000 key Depressions per hour on Computer

Fee Details :

RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY(Rs.100/-)

No fee is payable by Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Physically Handicapped / Ex- Servicemen

Selection Procedure:

Qualified candidates will be selected on the basis of presentation in Written Examination followed by skill test.
