The Learning Management System (LMS)/Learning Content Management System (LCMS) will allow SBI (State Bank of India) group (hereafter, 'SBG') to automate the management and tracking of training and certifications.

The LMS will also allow SBG to deliver training using different modalities e.g. online, collaborative, informal, virtual classroom in addition to the current on -site instructor-led training.
