NIPER JEE is conducted by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, which is India’s first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences and a centre for excellence in advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences.

It functions under the aegis of Dept. of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India and is also a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.
