IAS exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Being B.Tech Electrical Engineering student you can choose Electrical Engineering as optional Subject in IAS Exam as it will help you to score well because you have done your graduation in Electrical Engineering only and have great knowledge of this subjects
