Transcripts – Original or certified official copies of transcripts from all secondary and post-secondary schools must be sent directly from each institution to TCU.

National exam results (if applicable)

Essay or composition of 300-500 words

Resume detailing your extracurricular activities, leadership, honors, community or volunteer activities, work experience, and travel

Two recommendation letters – One from a teacher and one from a counselor or administrator (waived for transfers with 24 transferable academic credit hours).

SAT or ACT – For freshman applicants (or transfers with fewer than 24 academic credit hours) whose native language is English or who attend schools where English is the primary language of instruction and all freshmen applying for scholarships

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) – For those whose native language is not English. Required scores: 80 (Internet-based TOEFL), 550 (paper-based TOEFL) or 6.5 IELTS
