Eligibility

Should have 1-2 years experience in a front-office service environment.

Reasonable fluency (oral) in English/Arabic.

Have a good knowledge of the Groups Policy, Standards, local regulations and legislation of the prevention of money laundering.


To meet transaction processing standards.

To manage and recommend work-flow changes for greater efficiency.

Service Quality

To provide high quality service to Priority and Personal Banking customers.

To achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions.
Administration

To maintain the teller counters tidy.

To highlight security concerns to Branch Service Manager.
