TET entrance exam age limit
I want to appear for TET entrance exam so please tell me the eligibility criteria required for it and the age limit of it?

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. TET exam is conducted at state level by various state boards. Eligibility for TET exam: Candidate must have passed graduation degree from a recognized university and must have B.Ed degree with at least 55% marks Age limit: There is no upper age limit for this exam. Candidates have to score minimum 60% in the TET to qualify for teaching jobs. Exam pattern- There are two papers with objective type questions. Each paper consists of 150 questions. These papers are for- 1. Paper I: Those who want to become teachers for classes I-V. 2. Paper II: Those who want to teach classes between VI and VIII. 3. Paper I and II: For those who are interested in teaching from Class I to VIII will have to appear and qualify in both the papers. Syllabus for TET exam: There are five subjects in Paper I. Each subject has 30 objectives multiple choice type questions. Time duration is one and half hour. 1. Child development and pedagogy 2. Language I 3. Language II 4. Mathematics 5. Environmental studies |
