Hello sir, I’m a student of IIT Bombay. Here I came for to get some detail on TGCC of IIT Bombay? Can any one here give me basic details of TGCC IIT Bombay?

TGCC at IIT Bombay is the de-facto standard compiler generation framework for all distros on GNU/Linux and many other variants of UNIX on a wide variety of machines and is one of the most dominant software’s in the free software community.

IIT Bombay does not announce and updates new dates of TGCC. I was founded old dates of TGCC workshop.

This is a 5 day workshop was organised by IIT Bombay from June 29, 2013 to July 3, 2013 – four days of lectures and labs with an additional half day of lab for interested participants.

The participants can leave after the fourth day.

The TGCC center was established at IIT Bombay with the twin goals of:
Spreading the know-how of GCC by building suitable abstractions of GCC internals
Improving GCC by introducing new technologies

TGCC includes:

Extra time and Teaching Assistant support for laboratory assignments.
Material updated to GCC-4.7.2 which is now compiled using C++.
Translation of C++ programs.
Reorganization of material based on experiences in the past workshops.
