Without qualifying IPCC there is no provision of doing Articleship because it is useless without IPCC.

If you keep on scratching your head you will loose one more year.

Also, you take out your fear and appear for IPCC once again.

It is no where written that if you fail twice you can't pass in 3rd/4th attempt.
