Hi, rahul. as you are asking about the concentration in studies, which is the general problem of most of the students. So I am providing you some very basic rules that will help you out to build you concentration in studies as well increase your remembrance power.


Mindfulness meditation.
Many studies state that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way to meditate.
Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed.

Proper sleep.
if you dont take sufficient sleep or rest, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. therefor you should complete your sleep or rest required by your body

Vitamins and other supplements.
