The M.A. Human Resources Management and Labour Relations programme (HRM & LR) of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is designed to develop students into professionally competent and socially sensitive management graduates, fully equipped to take on the challenges of the corporate world. The programme places importance on both theoretical and hands-on learning. M.A. in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations Intake: 60 Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree of minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent from a recognised university, in any discipline. At the time of applying candidates studying in 3 year degree programme should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semesters and candidates studying in 4 year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for 1st to 6th semester.
