TISS Media and Cultural Studies Cutoff
Can you tell me about the cut off for TISS National Entrance (TISSNET) which is conducted by Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) as I want to take admission in Media and Cultural Studies? Minimum qualifying marks for written test is 35% (for SC/ST) and 45% (for others). However, scoring mere qualifying marks in the written test does not guarantee a seat for a programme. Admission is based on Merit List. Expected TISSNET 2016 Cutoff There are two purposes which are served by the Cutoff of TISSNET it acts as a delimiting factor and restricts the number of candidates in the admission process, and it is applied to select the best lot of candidates to carry forward. The cutoff is the minimum criteria required to get short listed into the admission procedure for any institute.
