TL Account In SBI

Hi I have an account in the SBI and I want to have the Term Loan from the SBI so do I need any security?? For what purpose it provide the loan??? Can you tell me the maximum loan I can have?

Well you don’t have to deposit any sectuity for the Term Loan from the SBI bank

The Term Loan min amount is the Rs.24,000/ and maximum is 24 times NMI subject to maximum of Rs 15.00 lacs.

Quasi-Government

Central PSUs

Profit making State PSUs

Educational Institutions of National Repute

Selected Corporates

Requirement for Income

Minimum NMI: Rs.7500/-

EMI/NMI Ratio should not exceed 50

Repayment Period

Min 6 month

Maximum 60 months or residual service period whichever is less

Other Benefits

Zero processing charges;

No prepayment penalties

Avail Loan up to 90% of the value of your Time Deposit

Both Demand Loan and Overdraft Facility as per your need
