As per you’re your request I am providing you the details of TNEA.

TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) is a state level entrance test for admission to the undergraduate B.E/ B.Tech degree courses offered by the institutions or colleges located in the limits of Tamil Nadu state. The TNEA 2015 will be conducted by the Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility:

The candidates must have passed the 12th (intermediate) or its equivalent examination from the government recognized board with the subjects as Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with the percentage as 50% (for general candidates), 45% (for backward class including Muslim), 40% (MBC & DNC) and 35% (for SC/ST/SCA) candidates.

TNEA 2015Application Fees:

You have to pay Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/SCA/ST) as application fee to be payable by Cash/DD
The DD must be issued in favour of “Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions”, payable at Chennai, drawn on any Nationalised Bank.
You must mention your name and address on the reverse of the DD
They are suggested to keep a photocopy of the DD for future reference
For Applications by Post :the DD has to be for Rs 700 (Rs 450 for SC/SCA/ST) as mentioned above

TNEA 2015Application Form Procedure:

1. Online:
The online link will be active later and you can apply by their official website.
The DD for the TNEA 2015 Application Fees has to be ready before applying online
After the TNEA 2015 Online Application is submitted successfully, you have to send the DD to the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions Anna University, Chennai-600025
You must note the Application Form Number or Registration Number generated after submission and keep it safe with you.

2. By Post:
You can apply for application forms by post only from the Centre for Entrance Examinations & Admissions, Anna University, Chennai – 25
Theymust send a written request for the TNEA 2015 Application Form to be sent by post
You have to enclose a demand draft for Rs 700 (Rs 450 for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu with a photocopy of the permanent community card) as well as a self addressed stamped envelope along with the request.
