Hello sir, is there any one can provide me here application form for Lateral entry through TNEA?

Lateral Entry is provides B.E/B.Tech Direct Second Year Admissions. Directorate of Technical education is released a notification about the Lateral Entry Direct Second Year Admissions for the B.E/B.Tech courses at the Government, Private, Government aided Engineering colleges, that the counselling application forms will be distributed from May 21 to June 12.

The filled-in applications must be sent to the following address on or before June:

Application Fee
Cost of the application will be Rs.500 for OC/BC/BCM/MBC and Rs.250 for SC/ST
