Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) is the process through which more than 1.5 lakh engineering aspirants get themselves enrolled into engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu through single window counselling.

Application fes:

Rs. 500/- for General candidates Rs. 250/- for SC/SCA/ST
Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu and Rs. 100/- for every special reservation in addition

Eligibility:

Candidates must have passed 12th or its equivalent examination from the well-recognized board with the minimum aggregate of:
50% marks (for unreserved category)
45% (for backward class including Muslim)
40% (MBC & DNC)
35% (for SC/ST/SCA) candidates in PCM subjects

Application form starts from: 15th April, 2016

Last date for registration/Filling of application form:
7 days from the date of publication of higher secondary result

Last date for receipt of filled-in-online application:
10 days from the date of publication of higher secondary result

Few days after the result announcement
