About the BHS Honour program :

The BHS College Honors Program consists of three levels: cum laude (honors), magna cum laude (high honors), and summa cum laude (highest honors)

Admission Requirements :

Earn at least a 3.75 GPA on all upper division coursework (3000 or 4000 level) since beginning the BHS Program.
Complete the 2 credit Honors Seminar Course (HSC 4969) during the Spring semester of your Junior year.
Complete at least 6 credits of Honors Research credit (HSC 4970) which includes:
completing a supervised research project
creating a research poster and present at the PHHP research day
produce a written thesis approved by the PHHP faculty supervisor and a faculty review committee
Be in good standing with the College of Public Health & Health Professions
Have no Student Conduct or Honor Code violations.
Have no failing (“E”), incomplete (“I”), or unsatisfactory (“U”) grades.
Must be registered for a minimum of 1 credit of HSC 4970 during the Spring semester of senior year.
