Is the university grants commission do allow to women for do fellowship courses education please tell me about this because I want to do provide this course education to my sister so ask you about this

The UGC has changed the name of the old scheme “Part Time Research Associateship for Women” as “Post Doctoral Fellowship for Women candidates”. The total duration of the fellowship is five years |
