Feel free buddy I will help you here to tell you about the eligibility criteria to apply for MBA program through UGC NET so that you can have idea about it.


Here is the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam
1. To be eligible candidate should be Indian national.

2. The minimum percentage required in post graduation course to appear for NET is 55%.

3. For SC/ST the requirement is 50 percent.

4. Final year students of masters course may also apply but should be able to meet the percentage and submit the degree within 2 years of passing NET exam. Unable to do so they would be disqualified.

5. Your subject for Master degree course would determine which subject you will have to choose for NET exam.

6. The age limit for JRF - Junior Research Fellowship is 28 years.

7. There is 5 years relaxation for reserve category students.

8. There is no upper age limit for Lectureship.

9. Neither there is any limit on number of attempts.

Here is the UGC NET exam pattern
Session Paper Number of Questions Marks

First I 60 out of which 50 questions are to be attempted 50x2 = 100

First II 50 questions all of which are compulsory 50x2 = 100

Second III 75 questions all of which are compulsory 75x2 = 150
