The set of accepted rules for the Board of Directors of the Bank is set down with an intent to guarantee straightforwardness and high moral models in dealing with the undertakings of the Bank. This implicit rules would be appropriate to all the Board Members of the Bank and would be seen by the Members of the Board while doing the guardian obligations presented upon them by the statute. Each Board Member should stick to the Code of Conduct and the Norms recommended for observing and administration of the irreconcilable circumstance.

The Bank recognizes the need to maintain the respectability of each exchange it goes into and trusts that trustworthiness and ntegrity in its interior behavior would be judged by its outside conduct.

The Code imagines and expects -

• Adherence to the most elevated norms of legit and moral behavior, including appropriate and moral methods in managing real or clear irreconcilable situations amongst individual and expert connections.

• Full, reasonable, exact, sensible, convenient and significant divulgences in the occasional reports required to be documented by the Bank with government and administrative offices.

• Compliance with material laws, principles and controls.

• To address abuse or misapplication of the Bank's advantages and assets.

• The most elevated amount of secrecy and reasonable managing inside and outside the Bank
