10,000(Initially/very first term deposit will be a minimum of 10,000 and thereafter in multiples of 10,000 i.e.10000, 20000 and so on).The fixed deposit will be maintained in the system in the form of units of 10,000

In multiples of 5,000

Eligibility for Union Savings Flexi deposit scheme
All individuals, singly or jointly who are eligible to open Savings A/C this scheme is also open to Non-Resident Indians who are eligible to open an account as per or existing rules and regulations

Period of Deposit
