It is offering the Trusteeship Services with a team of experienced personnel fully familiar with and equipped to deal with documentation, security creation and monitoring aspect of Trusteeship.

Trusteeship services provided comprises of following 3 principal categories:
• Trusteeship Service for Bonds / Debentures
• Security Trusteeship Service for ECBs / Consortium Financing
• Trusteeship in Securitization Transactions

Distinctive Features:
• Trusteeship activity is the core and sole activity as such quality focused and time bound service is expected.
• Since UTI-IAS have no other financial relationship with corporate (unlike in the case of banks and financial institutions), there is not any conflict of interest in discharging its role as Trustees.
• Documents are generated in-house by experienced personnel.
• Rates of Service charges are reasonable and competitive and innovatively structured keeping Issuer’s interest.
