The Leadership Alliance program was established in 1992 to increase the participation of underrepresented minority groups in higher levels of education and research Summer Research Early Identification Program (SR-EIP) is offered by The Leadership Alliances, it offers undergraduates to prepare for PhD or MD/PhD the opportunity to work for eight to ten weeks under the guidance of a faculty or research.
