The Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic of University Of Richmond provides high quality, pro bono transactional legal services to start-ups, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual creators of intellectual property.

The services are non-litigation intellectual property and business matters and other general business transactions and negotiations.

The Institute also offers a certificate in IP, making Richmond Law one the few law schools that provide such an opportunity to its students.
