I want to know the procedure to fill the UP Government scholarship form; will you please tell me the same???

Student can fill the UP Government scholarship form from the official website of it. While filling the application form following things are required:

Valid email address
Name
Correct Date of Birth.
Verification Code (CAPTCHA)

Before filling application form, you should scan and store the following documents as separate
Files:

1. Passport size photograph
2. Community/Caste Certificate
3. Eligibility Note/Advisory Note
4. Class XII Mark sheet
5. Class X Mark sheet or Certificate
6. Certificate specifying Rank or
Award in JEE (Main)/ JEE
(Advanced)/
NEET/
KVPY
/JBNSTS/ NTSE / International
