Candidate needs to fill in class 10+2 marks here.

10. Qualifying Examination

Select the board from which you will / have qualify class 12 exam. Options presented would be CBSE, ICSE, STATE BOARD and Others.

11. Choice Of Test Centre City Codes

Fill the boxes with the choice of Test Centre City Code.

The test centre city codes are given in UPCAT DENTAL Information Brochure.
