UPCMET -Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test is conducted by UP Unaided medical colleges welfare association (UPUMCWA) at state level every year .

Eligibility criteria

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Must have passed higher secondary or equivalent examination with English from a recognized university .

Secure at least 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
(For SC/ST candidates the minimum score is only 45%.)

UPCMET Exam Pattern
The test comprises of 2 papers:
Paper 1: Physcial Science and Biological Science
Paper 2: General English

Time:
For paper 1 :
2 hours 30 minutes

For paper 2 :
30 minutes.

¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer given.
