One can get the UPCPMT Application Form 2017 from the official portal as it is available only through online process. It may be available from the second week of March 2017 (tentative).

The last date to fill the application form will be the third week of April 2017 (tentative). After the form submission, one must keep the print copy of the filled application form for further reference.

Steps for applying for UPCPMT 2017:

Step 1: Visit the official website to register for the examination.

Step 2: Provide basic details like name, address, email id and their mobile number to register.

Step 3: A verification code would be sent to mobile number as it is mandatory to reach next steps.

Step 4: One can fill the UPCPMT 2017 application form by entering username and password sent on registered mobile number and email id.

Step 5: One has to fill personal, qualification and other information as required in the form and submit it.

Step 6: One need to pay the application fees to complete the process.

Step 7: After completion of form one has to download the declaration form and attach a recent photograph and upload the scan copy of UPCPMT 2017 declaration form.
