Citizen of India.

Age:
Minimum Age : 21
Maximum Age : 30 years

Upper age limit relax able as:

Up to a maximum of five years :
For scheduled caste or scheduled tribe or OBC candidates.

Up to a maximum of 5 years:
if the candidate is a widow on her first appointment.

Up to a maximum of 2 years:
if the candidate holds a Green Card in his/ her name under the Family Welfare Programme.

Minimum Educational Qualification –
Applicant must hold a degree from a recognized university.
