Sir I want to apply for the UPSC Assistant Director (Cost) post so can you please tell me the eligibility details for the same so I can have an idea Well buddy at present there are no recruitments for the UPSC Assistant Director (Cost) post but I am giving you the eligibility details for post UPSC Assistant Director (Cost) Eligibility A qualification recognized for enrolment in the Register of Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India or equivalent. DESIRABLE: i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Three years' experience in Cost Accounting Work. DUTIES: Cost Analysis/Cost Examination Exam Pattern The test will be of two hours duration and will carry a maximum of 100 marks and the medium of the question paper will be English only. The test will be an objective type questions with multiple choices answers There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
