6 Your answer key will be displayed.

Calculation of Marks in IAS 2016 Exam

UPSC will calculate the marks in IAS 2016 Prelims Exam by adopting the following procedure.

Calculation out of 400

1 marks x number of correct responses = Total score of UPSC Civil Services 2016 preliminary is 400
1 mark for each correct response

Negative Marking

One-third (1/3) mark to be deducted for each incorrect response
More than one answer indicated in a question will be treated as incorrect response and will be negatively marked
