| UPSC vacancy notification
When Union Public Service Commission going for publish vacancy notification for engineering service? I have done my B.tech now want to get jobs in any government enterprises, so would you inform me if Union Public Service Commission publish vacancy notification in future for engineering students? Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published vacancy notification for following posts : Vacancy Details: Total No. of Posts: 138 Name of the Exam: Combined Geo Scientist & Geologist Exam 2017 Name of the Post: 1. Geologist, Group A: 40 Posts 2. Geophysicist, Group A: 40 Posts 3. Chemist. Group A: 25 Posts 4. Junior Hydrogeologists (Scientist B), Group A: 33 Posts Eligibility : Applicants must possess Master Degree in Geological Science or Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-Exploration or Mineral Exploration or Engineering Geology or Marine Geology or Earth Science and Resource Management or Oceanography and Coastal Areas Studies or Petroleum Geo sciences or Petroleum Exploration or Geochemistry or Geological Technology or Geophysical Technology from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or an educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) for Post No. 01, M.Sc in Physics or Applied Physics or M.Sc (Geophysics) or Integrated M.Sc (Exploration Geophysics) or M.Sc (Applied Geophysics) or M.Sc (Marine Geophysics) Or M.Sc. (Tech.) (Applied Geophysics) from a University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or other educational institutes established by an Act of the Parliament or declared to be deemed universities under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 for Post No. 02 & for more qualification details refer the notification. Age Limit: Applicants age limit should be between 21 – 32 years (i.e. he/she must have been born not later than 02-01-1985 and not later than 01-01-1996) for Post No. 01, 02 & 03 and 21 – 35 years (i.e. he/she must have been born not later than 02-01-1982 and not later than 01-01-1996) for Post No. 04 as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Selection Process: Applicants will be selected based on personality test/ interview. Application Fee: Applicants should pay Rs. 200/- should be depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/ Stae Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.
