University of Science, Malaysia is a public university in Malaysia. It was established in 1969. There are three campuses: one on the island of Penang (Main Campus), one in Kelantan (Health Campus), and one in Nibong Tebal (Engineering Campus). USM is one of the biggest universities in terms of enrolment in Malaysia.

MBA programme

The Graduate School of Business offers several specializations for its MBA program, namely the MBA (General), MBA Sustainable Development, MBA International Business as well as MBA Service Science, Management and Engineering.

Admission into programme is very competitive and the intake is approximately 100 candidates per year at an acceptance rate of 25% based on merit.

Duration-

Full-time: Minimum three semesters/Maximum four semesters
Part-time: Minimum four semesters/Maximum eight semesters

Admission Requirements-

Bachelor's degree with a minimum second class (or equivalent [CGPA]) from a university recognised

Minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent.

A minimum of three years relevant working experience

Attend a pretest interview before the final selection.

Language Requirements-

(Applicable for International Applicants Only) :

A minimum score of 550 in TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language);
or
A minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (International English Language Testing System);
or
A pass in USM's Intensive English Course Level IV with a minimum score of Grade B
