It was founded in 1971 The basic objective of the master of business administration (MBA) degree program is to offer individuals an opportunity to develop corporate leadership ability in an increasingly complex and dynamic global society by enhancing their knowledge, managerial skill and perspective MBA (online and on-campus options available) Business Administration MBA Degree: 16 week terms -General -Quality Management -Organizational Development Business Administration MBA Degree: Accelerated 7 week terms - online only -General -Healthcare Management General Graduate Admission Requirements -Apply online. -Non Refundable application fee. - Official transcripts -Admission to the degree program is determined primarily on the basis of predictors of success in graduate study: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution, Grade point average computed on the last 60 undergraduate hours and A satisfactory Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score . In rare instances the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) may be accepted in lieu of the GMAT. -Applicants with three or more years of extensive managerial work experience may request to have the GMAT requirement waived by the Graduate Coordinator. -There are additional requirements for international students such as a detailed international Additional Admission Requirements Levelling Courses There are no levelling courses for admission, and the program is open to applicants with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, MATH 1342 - Elementary Statistics is highly recommended prior to MANA 5305 (see degree plan). GMAT Scores Successful applicants have an index score figured as follows: Last 60 hour GPA x 200 + Total GMAT Score => 1000 If a student's last 60 hour GPA = 3.25 or higher, the GMAT is waived. Provisional Admission Provisionally accepted students may enroll in one semester for a maximum of nine hours before being required to submit a GMAT score.
