The coursework-based MBA (Corporate Governance) comprises a major coursework component and a research component which is usually termed 'research project'.

Satisfactory completion of both components is required for the award of the degree.

The UTAR MBA (Corporate Governance) is a specialised and challenging programme comprising 14 core subjects including research methodologies, 1 elective subject, and a Research Project.

Throughout the programme, candidates are encouraged to participate in enhancement courses such as Project Writing Workshop, and to attend organized Lecture Series.
