Hey !!! Department of Commerce, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar Offers two year full time Master of Finance and Control (MFC) Programme that is considered to be a potential area for generating colourful jobs to the unemployed after MBA

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be a graduate (First Bachelor Degree) in any discipline with 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST) from any recognized University

Those who appeared/are appearing in the final Degree examination are also eligible to apply pending publication of results provided minimum eligibility requirements at the time of admission are fulfilled


Selection Procedure

An Entrance test (objective multiple choice type) will be conducted by the Department for Selection

The test comprises of four sections of 50 questions each as mentioned below to get qualified for the Personal Interview and GD:

Section - (I): Test of English Language

Section - (II): Test of Numerical Aptitude

Section - (III): Data Analysis and Interpretation

Section - (IV): Test of Business and Financial Environment



Based on the performance in the written test, candidates would be selected for GD and personal interview.

No travelling allowance is authorized for the test and interview.


Fee Structure

MFC is a self financed course and the fees for regular students is Rs 80,000/- at the time of admission

This is to be paid in lumpsum for the two years.

For sponsored candidates, the course fee is Rs 1,20,000/-
