Here I’m telling you details related to attendance
The Enrolled students are required to attend all lectures, practicals and other prescribed curricular and co-curricular activities.

Condonation of attendance is allowed as under:-
(a) On medical or other genuine grounds - 15%.
(b) Condonation by Director/Dean of the Faculty(s) for absence with prior permission - 10%.

The attendance will be counted from the date of admission or from the start of the session of the University whichever is earlier.

The students will not be allowed in semester examination if he/she does not ful fill overall average attendance prescribed by the University.

The maximum duration for completion of PG, UG and Diploma courses subject to other conditions shall be as under:-

Dress Code
In order to maintain uniformity in the outfit of the students in the University campus despite their diverse economic background, a uniform dress code is prescribed for students pursuing various courses in the University.

All students are required to wear prescribed uniform on all working days except on Saturday which will be observed a non-uniform day. They are expected o wear formal dress on Saturday wit decent footwear.

Students not adhering to prescribed Dress Code are not allowed to enter the campus and will forfeit the attendance for the classes missed.

Identity Card
The Identity Card is a symbol of belonging to Uttaranchal University. The students enrolled in the University are expected to carry their Identity Card at all times to produce it on demand by authorized personnel for purpose of identification.

It is desirable that they wear Identity Card round their neck during their presence in the University, while away on official work and visiting other Institutions/Universities.
