Here I am telling you the process to do online VAT payment

Go to the official website of Union Bank of India

Then click on tab “Government Business” and then “Tax Collection”

Now click on “State Municipal Taxs”

Then a new page will open

Then click on the link “Click here for Online Payment or Login in Internet Banking” from the section of “Maharashtra Sales Tax (VAT/CST)”

Again a new page will open

Now click on “new user, register here”

Click on “Dealer Enrollment”



on this page enter TIN no and then click on submit button.
