The WBJEE is provides facility to candidates for submitting their application fees in online mode after making e challan.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board was formed in the year 1962 for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations for admission to the Undergraduate Level Engineering Courses in the State of West Bengal.

After successful registration, a candidate are required to download the e-challan from the same website and pay an amount of Rs. 500/- as counselling fees (Non-Refundable) in any branch of United Bank of India (UBI) with Core Banking System (CBS)

The student must be domiciled in West Bengal.

Total annual Family Income of the student from all sources must be less than Rs. 2.50 lakhs (Rupees two lakhs and fifty thousand) only.
