West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board conducts Joint Entrance Examination (EVETS) for admission to Bachelor of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) in faculty of Veterinary and Animal Science under West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences.

WBJEE EVETS exam 2016 was conducted on 17th July, 2016

WBJEE EVETS Eligibility Criteria

10+2 exam of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent exam with at least pass marks in Physics, Biology, Chemisty, English and Vernacular including at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB.

For SC/ST category candidates, the qualifying mark is 40%.

Minimum age of candidates should be 17 years

There is no upper age limit

Candidates should be a resident of India.

Candidates should have domicile of West Bengal.

WBJEE EVETS 2016 will be organized offline: 17th July, 2016

Exam Pattern

There will be two papers in the exam (Paper I and paper II both will be of 100 marks each.

All questions will be MCQ type questions.

One mark will be provided for every correct response whereas 1/4 marks will be deducted for a wrong response.

The question paper will be in English.
