WBJEE is the Common Entrance Test for admission to different degree level courses in Medical, Dental, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self Financing Technological Institutes in West Bengal.

Eligibility Criteria:
Citizenship: Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Age Restriction:
A) Engineering / Technology (other than Marine Engineering), Pharmacy and Architecture Courses:
Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age . There is no upper

age limit.
B) Marine Engineering course:
Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or above and must not be above25 (twenty five) years of age ; as per guidelines of appropriate authority.

c) Medical/Dental Courses:
Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age . There is no upper age limit.


Academic Qualification:
The minimum qualifying marks for general category is 50%, while 40% for SC/ST and 45% OBC-A & OBC-B candidates in Physics, Chemistry, Biology taken together at 10+2/Higher Secondary School Examination/equivalent examination
