Here I am telling you the process to visit the webmail login page of Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee

Go to the official website of Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee

Then click on tab “Webmail” from the top of the page

Then a new page will open

Now click on the link “To login webmail (Click Here)”

Again a new page will open



on this page enter user name and password and then click on “Sign in”

Within campus-

POP3: 192.168.180.11

Outside campus-

SMTP : 103.37.200.156 (Port 587 & Enable Authentication)
POP3: 103.37.200.156

POP3 parameter to receive IITR mails on other Email Services (like Gmail, Yahoo etc.):

TCP/IP Properties (DNS entries) (Within campus) :

Primary DNS : 192.168.121.14
Secondary DNS: 192.168.121.12
