JEXPO 2017 - General, SC, OBC A & OBC B candidates - Valid Ranks 1 to 60000 & SC, PC, LLQ all candidates are valid.


Counselling procedure

Visit online portal WB or jexpo.wbscte.net.

Online Registration - Select Admission Process (Jexpo). In the New Registration Section enter the required details (Enrollment No, Index Number) Click to Proceed button.

Edit your personnel Details (if required) Click on Submit button.

Check your modified (if so) personnel and then, either Confirm or Edit the details. Once Confirm button is pressed, enter data cannot be edited.

Enter Password of your choice (do not disclose this password to anybody) and Submit.

Student Login - Selection Admission Process (Jexpo). In the Student Login enter the following (Enrollment Number & Password).

Click to Login to enter into My Page.

Choice Filling- Go to the choice filling section of the website. Choice Means Institute - Branch combination.

Add combinations of institutes & Branch one by one as per candidates preference.
Add maximum number of choice to increase candidates chance of getting allotted.
Save Given choice.

Take print out of the choice filled by you.

Seat Allotment- Check your allotment in the result section of the website. A candidates who has been allotted a seat can participate in auto up gradation of the allotted seat or can accept the allotted seat for admission.

Candidates, having allotted their First prioritized seats, will not be allowed to participate in auto-up gradation process.

Id not seat is allotted, wait for next phase of processing of allotments against the remaining vacanct seats after admission.

After each phase of allotment, the results will be intimated to the candidate through SMS in their registered mobile.

Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as age proof and for determination of District of Schooling(In case a candidate is allotted District Quota Seat) at Madhyamik or equivalent examination level.
Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or Equivalent examination level.
JEXPO 2017 Admit Card.
Reservation Related Certificate (SC, ST, PC, OBC, LLQ, TFW etc.)
Two copies of Print out of the Allotment Letter cum Money Receipt taken from the counselling web portal after declaration of counselling result.
Medical Fitness Certificate.
Affidavit of Parent & Guardian (given in official portal in pdf format).
