Cycling/Mountain Biking is a Dangerous Sport, every care has been taken to ensure the bike and equipment provided is safe to use however it is the responsibility of you the rider to ride responsibly within the rules of the Highway Code and Countryside Code and to Alert persons whom the bike/s are being hired from, of any doubts, questions or issues with the Equipment/Service provided.

In the event of any mechanical issues (above general adjustments and tube replacement/repair) care must be taken by the Hirer to contact the Hire Centre so problem can be diagnosed, where possible rectified and if necessary bike/rider retrieved. We do not advise riding the bike if serious crash damage is sustained or there are serious issues with bikes brakes/wheels/frame/gears.

Deposits will not be returned if bike has been mis-used/stolen and/or damaged. Any damage sustained, including stunting or jumping, riding along beaches/salt water, the non-return of the bike to the Hire Centre (or other pre-determined location (to be confirmed before Hire commences)) will result in forfeit of the deposit until full cost of damage sustained to bikes or other property is paid and includes any costs incurred retrieving bikes from non-permitted drop off points.

In the event of a Medical Emergency please insure your own health and safety is a priority.
