Western Carolina University (WCU) is a coeducational public university located in Cullowhee, North Carolina, United States. The university is a constituent campus of the University of North Carolina system. It was established in 1889.

Spring 2016 Online Vehicle Registration

Commuter Students: Spring 2016 registration will be available starting January 1st, 2016.

Freshmen/Upperclass Resident Students: Spring 2016 registration will be available starting January 1st, 2016.

The Parking Operations Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on normal working days.

While the office is closed at night, on weekends, and on holidays, police officers are always on patrol and can be reached by dialing 828.227.7301 (non-emergency) or by calling 828.227.8911 or 911 in case of an emergency.

Cost to purchase a parking permit-

Parking registration fees are established each year by the University with the approval of the Board of Trustees.

The annual registration fees vary for permanent faculty/staff, temporary/part-time faculty/staff and for students.

There will be a four year implementation of pricing.

Prices effective July 1 2015.
