Hey IAF2 is a form to fill if you are appealing from outside the United Kingdom against a decision of an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO)

Written in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS

Received by the First-tier Tribunal not later than 28 days after you were served with
Notice of the decision.
